Ever since i had the misfortune of recharging my data pack for my airtel number, i can no longer visit any site on the internet without getting redirected to one. Airtel.in. It has become something of a torture, for it has been close to 6-7 hours and it still keeps happening. Happens on both my phone and desktop browsers (Chrome, firefox and opera).

I have reset all my browsers twice, changed and reset my apn data, cleared...

There is no range and no registration done if manually searching for network.

I had taken accidental insurance from airtel secure and it was almost a year when my phone fell down from pocket and got damaged. I submitted claim with full detail. I got a call from airtel's representative that my claim got rejected. The reason i was given was that external force is missing and it is not accidental but negligence.

Under this logic, every accidental damage can come under negligence and company will continue...

20 months back i bought a new handset from apple and got it insured by airtel secure for two years as per there promises and advertisements. Few months back my phone was damaged and was claimed through airtel secure and got replaced as apple has a policy to replace the phone instead of repair during the warranty period. So i was provided with new imei number and recently my phone got damaged again but the airtel team is not ready to claim...

Kindly check i have recharge on Saturday on Airtel portal through but today at present not recharge my airtel numbet.

I have migrated my airtel postpaid [protected] to airtel prepaid, recharge done 129 rs on 7th julty 2019 from Airtel thanks app, outgoing sms&call barred, even unable to call 59059 for tele-verification.

incoming call & sms activated but outgoing not activated-

Hi, i am airtel prepaid customer and living in hyderabad and i am having 3 prepaid connections.in my area signal strength is too low and automatically dropping the calls in every one minute. Even i have raised the complaint through customer case also... But no result yet. Can you please look into this issue asap.. As we are facing this issue since long time....

I have given a request for migration from postpaid to prepaid on 28.06.2019 in airtel store... On 02.07.2019 my postpaid sim has deactivated then after i inserted prepaid sim... But network was available in prepaid too...

So i went i gave a complaint regarding my sim problem to airtel store and called customer care n number of times even i mailed to them several times but they didn't solve my problem

I've ported my tata docomo sim of ap to airtel in orissa. Porting request placed on 1 july but the harresment started by airtel on 4th july the new sim got network but the old sim also have the network.

When i try to activate the sim ivr says your activation request is processed please restart the phone.

From last 4 days i unable to activate my new sim and the old sim also stop working
No one is helping...

Airtel should be held to answer for misleading the public that it provides as 24 hour service. Yet again when i call the technical help line at 12am to register that my broadband is down yet again, i was met by the usual excuse "sorry ma'am but our server is down so we can't check anything and we can't even register your complaint so we suggest you call back in the morning." honestly why on earth would you pay an employee to sit and answer...

I recharged my airtel prepaid sim with top up of ruppes 48, which was supposed to give 3 gb of internet, on 6th of july, 2019. The recharge amount had been deducted from my phone pay account but data pack is still not activated. I tried to contact airtel but no response was there from their side. I inquired phone pay and they told that recharge have been done, recharge is shown in airtel app but still 3 gb data is not given to me.

Thanks for cheating and misguiding the customers, I was using corporate customer plan for the number :[protected] in Maharashtra circle. Two weeks back visited the airtel store and confirmed on circle change from Maharashtra to Karnataka. They even checked my airtel app and plan details. All the freebies were active on this number.

Company is taking following up very badly for recharge and promotion after multiple times denying of calls and services. And customer care guys is taking very funny. Once i m disconnecting calls they calling with different number with same executive. Today i m denying for service and calls. Executive said provide your whatsapp number. For promotional offers....

I have not recharged my airtel last month airtel stops incoming and outgoing calls but also stops to not receive sms because of this i m not receiving sms from irctc, bank otp, and other otps and etc... I had a very terrible experience o[censored]sing Airtel postpaid. Say it the Call failures, worst internet speed, contacting customer care, etc.
Even when there was 1.5GB/day data and unlimited calls were available for 3 months at Rs399, I kept using Airtel Postpaid only because I thought I had a privilege or atleast good speed or service. Bills were ranged from 400-600 per month.

I called for complaints atleast...

There is a video problem in my Airtel Internet TV since 2 months, it shows B001 or Service list update is in progress or Invalid Service and while checking the signal it shows good signal which is in green.
