I am in Germany. Today from afternoon I can receive all incoming calls but i am not able to make any outgoing calls. I have been facing slowness issue with my Airtel broadband connection since around 11am today. When i called customer care at around 11:30am, i was told that a service agent will be visiting me today between 2:30pm - 3:30pm.

Our company paid for 6 months service on the 7th December 2018 but Airtel’s system is so useless it is not able to track the payment.
