I had been offered free data by bharti airtel for my mobile no. However for the last one year they have been charging for data charges and then waiving them after i raise a complaint this has been going on, i fail to understand why airtel is upto such unfair practices. It is very frustrating. Please take up this issue with their higher ups and resolve....

My user id is [protected] and name is abhijeet singh i called ur customer care and told him to change my pack to value prime magic hd of 408 mumbai circle instead he started mega south pack of 477 which is in south circle and after i complain they are not willinh to help and telling me to wait for 1month why shld i bare mistake o[censored]r customer care pls look into matter and resolve as early as possible...

Very poor network at Shimoga. I have already raised 2 complaints regarding network issue here also in Facebook, but still its not resolved. Always you have given poor customer service.
Signal strength is very poor in case of postpaid especially!!!
Please take necessary steps, or i ensure that all airtel users nearby me are shifted to other network....

I have been using my airtel number for the past 9 years. Recently i changed it to prepaid as i moved out of india. Now the number is deactivated and i can not reach out to any customer care person. I need the number to be activated as it is urgent. Please help.

I received message from the airtel india that i have to pay for all rounder recharge that cost 23 rupees for expanding my validity for using internet, message and calling as i didn't use internet and message service and still have to pay for it and not only that they don't have any other options also for only calling recharge. Why i have to pay another 23 for just increasing my validity??? I do recharge on this number according to my needs...

I have recharged with airtel last month with a 28 days validity pack on 17th of november which was going to end on 15th of december which included benefits as following particulars :
Free voice call
1 gb data per day
100 free sms

Despite the validity was going to end on 15th of december i have not been able to use the internet functionality right from 27th of october even after trying...

I have been converted my airtel post paid number to airtel prepaid number since last 7 to 8 month ago. Till then i could not able to recharge my prepaid number through online. I have called multiple times during last two months to customer care to resolve this issue, but no solution from their end. Even i mailed to [protected]@airtel.in several time, but no reply from their end.
But today my frustration level exceed as i tried 20 to 25 times...

Sim kyc details not change and sim not active
My sim will be reject my phone [protected] i am visit airtel showroom he told me activate then same number within 2 days but 10 days over but my sim kyc will be not activated so many times i will tell him but no respones. I call yesterday send my number i will check to inform to told the sir but no response....

See for the past one or two months not sure about the duration, i am unable to send sms from my airtel number [protected], though i can receive sms from the same number. It is really annoying why the big network is troubling a lot. I am totally dissatisfied with your # service. # of this complaint. Asking for more than 350 words, what is the use?? Airtel, especially fun zone service, is a big thief and robber who is always cutting my balance every week without my agreement. Whenever i call the number to deactivate, theif and robber service reply me that there is no active service in your number. That is why, that service got another name called lair service beside thief and robber. So airtel moble service, particularly fun zone service, is a big thief, robber and lair.

My airtel number [protected] is not able to get any network and showing no service while other airtel number near me getting good network coverage. My home network is muzaffarnagar and area pin code is 251318. I am not able to call anywhere even the customer care itself. When i call airtel customer care from other airtel number then they simply said that they don't have any idea about my problem and instruct me to go to nearest airtel service...

I have visited air te store at jalandhar cantt on 21/11/18 & 01/12/18 at 12:20 he & 1700 he respectively for the purpose as m/a who said you will be called back and visited to phagwara air tel store on 26/11/18 who told come on 06/12/18 as there is many pandency,. I am being embrassed with negative attitude of the staff. So i have to ultimately register the complaint on line....
