i have done a recharge of amount rs. 99, through g pay . Amount deducted from my account but service not stared by service provider. I took a plan of Rs 239 for 28 days validity and 1.5 GB per day. It usually doesn't happen but last 3-4 days I am facing problem in consumption of Airtel data. I usually keep my phone switch off at night. The data is drastically disappearing just within 1-2 hrs after opening 2-3 sites and listening 3-4 songs. It's unbelievable the vanishing of data only few activities.

I had requested to permanently discontinue my airtel broadband services to the customer care on the month of june, even after confirmation I was billed for the month of july, I paid the dues even without any internet connection. Again I made a new request for disconnection on the month of july, i was assured this time that I won't be charged for rental services. I know that airtel is providing good network but in our area the network is very slow. They confirm that the airtel had good network for india but not in my area . I recharge my sim every month . I have paid to airtel bb on 26 July and yet the connection is not installed. Local team is not responding properly. And as per them my area is too far to provide connection though they visited prior to making payment and now delaying connection.

I wish to share my experience with Airtel mobile service when roaming internationally.
