When i'm in my home i'm not getting any network and my network connection is very poor and more over i'm not getting any what's app messages and even youtube also not opening. I took this sim card recently one month back and even i'm not receiving any calls also.. Im not happy with this network so im requesting you to clear my problem as much as possible

I have recharged from my Amazon pay balance and it is showing that is is successful but in the app i can not see the recharge and i can not also refund please help me i used the 199 INR plan

I went to airtel store for conversion of postpaid sim into prepaid
But she mislead and gave me dates of another day and when I came back she give another date .

Why is she behaved like this
So frustrating...
Airtel asked the OTP by calling customer care and cut my personal account from 8797 rupees to my personal account and said that my ATM card is blocked, then take the block and then return the money.

    Airtel outgoing services has been blocked on dated 3rd nov. 2018 and receive message for incoming services also will be block on 18th nov. 2018. I have a balance of rs. 33 and intimate only for recharge for enjoy airtel services but not mentioned the minimum recharge value to start airtel services... Why...???

    Airtel want recharge by force but signal is not coming in my area near bus stand ludhiana, punjab -141003 and also at many area's.

    Would request, kindly resolve my problem asap and do the needful for start outgoing services.

      I went to velachery airtel showroom for converting my postpaid to prepaid connection. The guy at the service center asked me to pay the pending amount along with extra amount which was rs.540/-. I paid upfront and he told the same sim will be changed to prepaid in 3 days. Nothing happened in 3 days, so i called the support and asked them the status, to which they said there is no such request placed!

      Why are companies so unwilling to convert to prepaid.

        I am an airtel customer for past 10 years. Last year i updated my broadband connection as per the suggestion from the service provider. The offer was rs. 1800/ month charge - for 40 mbps speed with new modem set worth rs. 1500/-. Its been an year i am regularly paying the defined charges, and not even single day i have obtained the speed of 40 mbps. Every time i have raised this concern with the concerned department.

        After suffering for long, i decided the watch the pattern and hence collected the data for past 1 week and observed that the service provider is absolutely not working on my issue, and i am paying for nothing.

        Recent development is, i again faced the similar issue and reached out to the technical department of airtel. The technician visited my premises and declared that they do not support 40 mbps speed ever. From the time i have raised this concern i am getting very poor response from the network and it is not even crossing 1mbps speed. Repeated calls, and follow up messages are not helping, hence reaching out to you for help.

        Give me convincing answer why should i not demand refund of entire charges paid by me since i didn't get the promised service.

          Dear team,

          I have 2 airtel set top box connection since last 6 years.
          1 have sd and other have hd settop box, hence sd settop box is not working properly since oct, i have complained 2 times in airtel still no solution received.

          Sd settop box is every 6 months is faulty and they are charging every time, also they are replacing reparaible set top box.

          Kindly help. Airtel not giving any permenent solution.

            It is really pathetic to observe such useless services from airtel. I have a postpaid connection of 499 family plan and i have subscribed to airtel secure which comes with my exisitng plan.

            On 12th of november my phone (Oneplus 6) accidentally slipped out of my hand and fell on the ground due to which the screen got cracked. Thus, i lodged a claim with airtel thinking it would be covered under the airtel secure plan.

            However, i was taken by surprise when i heard that my claim has been rejected since the event a phone slipping out of a hand does not cover under accidental damages. Moreover, the customer care executive told that accidental damage only applies when the device would be subjected to any external force. Such are the illogical statements coming out of airtel.

            I request you to look into the concern as after rigorous follow ups all i could elicit from airtel is that it would not be covered under damage protection despite the fact that the device got accidentally damaged. I would like to reiterate that i am going to proceed with legal option if this issue is not resolved and looked into at the earliest.

              Iam using airtel prepaid sim for the past more than 10 years. Earlier i got a message that my sim validity is upto 2030. But all of a sudden my out going calls disabled though i have rs.157 balance. A message received to recharge for enabling outgoing calls but didn't mentioned how much to recharge. This is not fair on part of the service provider inconveniencing the long lasting customer.

                We have being trying to set up airtel broadband for the past two days with no response from them. As soon as we raised the enquiry form, we received calls from the numbers[protected],[protected]. They were too active till collecting our photographs and id proofs post that which they never responded. The person who spoke through the number[protected] told us that he is no more working with airtel just the very next day after collecting our id proofs. We are afraid that they might even misuse our ids. I have raised an complaint directly with airtel today regarding this.

                  I was using airtel postpaid connection, as i shifted to another country for 6 months.
                  Number was not in use and become inactive.
                  I am ready to pay 3 months rental which is 299 as not informing airtel, post which services are discontinued. Airtel asks me to pay 1571 as number activation charges for 6 months. As per plan i should get rollover unused data and free minutes. As i have not used single call or used even 1 kb of data. Airtel denies to do same.
                  I am long time airtel user. They dont agree to make it prepaid also, as number is not valid.
                  So only to activate number i will be paying 1571 which seems unfair on my part.
                  I just want to utilize my old number.
                  I except fair amount to be charged and fair services to be given.

Monthly payment of the bill is done by way of standing instruction carried through bill payment facility provided by the bank on its portal whereby the bill is auto paid from my bank a/c. This process was smoothly running till last month when i was informed by the bank that the said si could not be executed in the month of oct. I was out of station when the due date of the mobile bill...

                    I tried to recharge my airtel data pack by using my airtel app on 11th november 2018 12.49pm. For this transaction i paid money through phonepe app (Transaction id : p1811111249498444014975). Unfortunately recharge failed but money debited from my account and i didnt get refund yet.

                    Please do the favor to me and refund the money as soon as possible.

                        change from postpaid to prepaid is a problem

                        Hi team,

                        I believed that airtel is the best network provider in india. I am using airtel# [protected] since 2.5 yrs now. Due to less usage of internet and calls by me, i wished to change this postpaid# to a prepaid plan.

                        I visited the nearest airtel store in tolichowki, hyderabad for this change request on saturday (10th nov'18). I also paid 560 in total to the store which includes 460 of my last month bill....

                        I have not activated anything like vemes.. why have you charged me for vemes.. return me my money and dont activate such things again. And if you think that somebody have activated it by mistake though its not like that.. still you should first confirm it before activating and deducting money by sms or email. I hope this wont happen again

                            While submitting complaint also i m facing network problem omg. What type of network is provided to people. People are facing lot of network problem. Airtel is slowest network, its proving itself as wrong.in advertise v see it's the india's fastest network but it's not true. Really i m fed up with this network. It shows too much network issues even to download or browse. I m using this network since 1.5 years but no use in the beginning it was having gud network. Now days it's too much worst. Please solve network problem, try to understand customer problems. I hope u will solve dis problem as soon as possible.

                                My question is how can you change my monthly plan without my permission?

                                I don't want to upgrade my monthly plan. Kindly take necessary action on urgent basis

                                  I submitted my driving license for my Airtel prepaid connection, somehow my sim stopped working when I approached Airtel store they refused to provide me a replacement as there was a spelling mistake in my name and my father's name.

                                  And now when i call customer care they are like we cant do anything from here.
                                  such a huge mistake by airtel cant be ignored. Till date I tried several times but every time i get same answer nothing can be done and I can not get my number again.even though mistake was done by airtel it is me who is suffering airtel is the most irresponsible operator of the country.
