Hi,
My registered mobile number is [protected]. I have applied and paid for airtel broadband connection but due to some circumstances your team was not able to install it.
After that i had made request to cancel it and initiate the refund amount of Rs 4068 on 22nd Oct. But it's been 10 days, i haven't received the amount.
Contacted customer care atleast 10 times.
Please take this issue with high priority and provide...

I am also facing this issue.

I think mobile operators are taking different route to take money from customers.

I am seeing in news that TRAI is wonderful control in controlling the mobile operators to collect money in improper way.

I will be happy if TRAI can help us in solving this issue also.

My Airtel SIM card not detected getting "No Service" error. tried from other mobiles too. Issue was happened before boarding from Chennai, now i'm in abroad. When contacted Airtel customer care, they asked to get duplicate SIM but i need to collect in direct. Currently its not possible to collect SIM directly. Between 24-oct and 01-nov, i was charged rs 35 twice from my prepaid balance for a service called bioscope. This was activated on my mobile at 8:24 pm on 24/10/2018 and again renewed yesterday for a period of 7 days without my permission or my asking for the same.

This morning, 1st november, 2018, i recieved aa sms from my service provider airtel stating that rs 20 has been charged drom my airtel account for using gamesworld pocket. I have neither subscribed to it nor used it. This is very unfair practice and i demand immediate refund. This is the second time airtel has done this. They had charged rs 20 earlier too for the same thing....

Money debited from my bank account, recharge was unsuccessful
Money has been deducted from my bank account while recharging through Airtel app, recharge was unsuccessful and money has been deducted from my account.

I recharged my prepaid sim with singapore recharge when i came back from singapore after the recharge date is complete i don't get a tower with the sim.

I have restarted many times, removed the sim and inserted back same result
There is no tower.

If i manully select the network operator.
I cannot add airtel, it says you cannot add to the network try later.

Yestarday at 11 pm my old sim stopped working and my when i inserted my new sim i am getting message "mobile network not available", now currently my both sim are not working.

Frankly speaking i am frustrated with the service that i am getting from you guys. I have raised request for port on 27th oct, after 5 days my problem have only doubled instead of getting resolved, as now my both sim are not working.br...

This morning (01.11.18) l (Cell ph no [protected]) received the following sms from my service provider airtel, stating -
"thanks for using gamesworldpocket. You have been charged rs 20.0 from your airtel mobile account. For more services, call 56789"
I never did use the stated item, nor did l ever opt or ask for it. Forcing such payments on to customers by the mobile phone service provider amounts to cheating and unfair trade...

I am using airtel service. As the old sim card was not working i.e. it wasn't showing network. So to solve problem, I went to the Airtel store & I had been told that to swap the sim card & told that sim would start in next 4 hours.

I have been a customer since 2015 but in august i decided to call customer service to tell them that there are network issues and also wanted them to disconnect my number but they promised to resolve the issue and asked me for sometime then disconnected my incoming and outgoing.

The tower is building in residential area.in this place there is alrady one tower is there.in this place there are many school. We have tried to stop building tower but we can't succeed.
