I filed a complaint postpaid number ([protected]) on september 8,
No solution yet,
That is why i want to leave airtel because i have
A great offer in vodafone,

That's why i called airtel customer
My phone transferred to senior exit y. They told me a plan
Plan was 348 in which i was getting a discount for hundred rupee (248plan) 30gb data free & unlimited calling free...

Can't call... can't get any sms...even i can't call your customer care number...121...and also can't call complaint number... 198...i have been ported from Vodafone but now i regret what i did...😑😑
😑 ...so bad network...and worst customer service......

In my airtel bill for the period: 05-jul-2018 to 04-aug-2018 mobile no: [protected], bill no.[protected] it was showing that i hd sent some international sms to the number: [protected], 7 times. Details below:

Hi am venkatesh i have use this network lost 3years. Now i suffer with this network calls not connected data is shows 4g but not speed is not like 2g also
Worst service don't take airtel service
Don't suffer like me. I have given complaint so many times to customer care agents but no use
Please friends don't take airtel service if already have move to another good network...

I am not able to make or take calls via mh airtel sim as whenever i call someone after few rings the network goes off or slighty depletes to zero and the call gets ended. Same happens when i take calls.
I am facing this issue since a month or two now. And now i am facing internet issues too. I used to get nearly 2.5-3 mbps downloading speed which has gone down to 300-400 kbps along with this calling issue. I am not even able to make...

I am not grtting the 4g network (Pin code area 560049) the company has promised, in my area. There is a tower nearby. Even then this is the case. I complained to their customer care several times. But they are not taking it seriously. They are saying the issue is fixed. I am getting good coverage in my home balcony but not at all inside my house. Should i need to be in balcony always??

My internet is not working properly .The internet speed is too slow for three weeks which is frustrating me alot. I bought a new 4g mobile on 7th september. Realme 2. I inserted my sim on next day and call 51111 to avail free data offer. Then i got a message from them that i'm not able to avail the offer. Because my phone is 1 month old. How it is possible? Realme 2 release on 28th august and i bought on 7th of next month. So i called customer care. They told me one of the experience man will call me within 3 days to solve the problem. But they didn't....

I've got a weird message regarding some international roaming charge and also specifying that an amount of rs.99 will be thus deducted from my account. I have no idea what this is all about because i have not accessed any such service. Kindly look into this matter and provide me with the details as soon as possible as i am a bit concerned about this. Thanks!!...

Airtel number [protected] disconnected since 15th of september, and i got no intimation regarding this. Why it has been deactivated or why disconnected? No sms was sent by customer care on the number before deactivating even, such pathetic service by airtel bharti. I am using airtel for so many years but all these sorts of issues makes me think twice. A company which does not even feel the need to contact subscribers via a simple sms before...

My no is [protected], i've recently ported my no to airtel. I've visited airtel store for this porting and airtel store staff told you must activate some plan for first recharge after port. They said some plans and i selected lowest plan based on their info.

They collected 260rs (1.4gb per day for 28 days) for the plan and they said it will be activated after porting process completed.

I'm writing this email to let you know that my compliant is being addressed as a network issue.

I never complained about the network coverage. My actual complaint was, my incoming and outgoing services were stopped even though the bill was paid.

Please look in to this issue as soon as possible. I need some assurance that i don't get such emails again.

I have been calling you since last 10 days but you are providing my sim network because of which my phone balance is also getting finish what are you doing.If I call u I don't say anything. I am telling or I want my network now only or I will be changing my sim....

My no. [protected] my balance is deducted weekly for subscribing iplayer. They have deducted 49rs for 15 days without my permission. I need my money back. Airtel is doing wrong i need my money back. This has to be stop. They freud me. I need my money back. If airtel company is doing this they have to say about this cheating their should not be such deduction...

My balance got deducted unknowingly and later I found out this message "Thanks for using PrimeZone. You have been charged Rs 20.0 from your Airtel Mobile account.For more services, call 56789". So on 09/09/2018 ₹20 got deducted in my main balance without my knowledge. I want Airtel to refund my money as I didn't activate the service....

Hello, i'm using your network. I have recharged 2 times for amounting to inr.449 each through online on 16th sep’2018. Both the transactions failed but the amount has been deducted from my bank a/c. Till date it has not credited back to my account. My phone without my consent namkeen pack is activated and 35rs have been detected in my balance, i want my balance back, but i dont know how it will be return, this is very worst activation pack which was doing by the company. Without customer consent how these companies are activating this type of schemes to the customers. I want to go legally about this fraud activations....

Receiving an SMS as a report for every SMS or call made. That's very irritating and confusing to actually understand whether it is just a call/SMS report or an actual SMS. Please revert this feature back to what it earlier used to be. Please don't send report at an SMS priority level....
