Dear sir
I have raised a complaint for network issues with Airtel and my mobile no is [protected]. Past 2 months nothing has been done and it is not only with me but entire area has the network issue.
Not only I have opted for mobile portability but for vain they are not attempting to solve the problems.

I got a message about "primezone" service and got charge 20/-rs for it. I never
Use/activate this service. I attach a screenshot with it and that's all i got. Send them mail as well at "[protected]@airtel.com" but they don't know anything about it and refuse to give me refund.

Since this morning 28/08/2018 the outgoing calls from my mobiles are barred. I received an sms on saturday 25/08/2018 at 18h15 saying that you are unable to verify my adress and asking me to contact my dealer to avoid barring / disconnection.

I applied for airtel broadband connection on 2nd week of june 2018.

I have installed multi connection with Airtel DTH. Before installation I received commitment from airtel that I will get same primary HD package on secondary for free for month, later on need to pay 175/- to get same package for subsequent months. I’m not getting past 4 hours network in airtel check and confirm this is too worst situation. From My Airtel Payment App I Wanted To Recharge Other Number [protected] Plan Of Rs 498 On 25 august 2018 But Wrongly Recharge Made For the number [protected]. We are not receiving SMS on our Mobile phone. The SMS sent by banks and other companies like OTP etc are either not received or get very late say about an hour. Requested so many times on 121 of Airtel but problem is not resolved. Due to this we are not able to make transactions and other work because of Late SMS. I am an nri working in dubai and visit my native in india once or twice a year. I had subscribed to a airtel prepaid sim card since the last 7 years, and it had been working fine till a few days back.
