I am using prepaid airtel services. They have deducted rs35/-for desi beats on 12th august and rs35/- on 14th august for arena game without my consent. When i contact them, they said they have charged for desi beat and arena game and will not refund it. I have never request them to avail arena game and desi beats. Today i received the message from vodafone that my port request is approved and by 11:30 pm on 23/08/2018 my number will be ported.

When i checked around 12:30 am 24/08/2018 my old sim stopped working and my when i inserted my new sim i am getting message "mobile network not available", now currently my both sim are not working.
