Recharge initiated but done and money got debited.

I recharged My airtel No. on24th may through airtel thanks app . my money got debited from my Bank Account and in airtel thanks app they showing recharge initiated. Refunds

I have raised request to close my airtel xtream fibre account on 11th march, they told me to wait for 45 days to processed and within 45 days my money will re refunded I have waited till 6th May and send them email. They again filed the closing request as per 7th may and told me that earlier it was some technical error, again they told me to wait for 45 days. I have waited till 22nd june and one 22nd june they promised me to refund the amount...

Airtel Fraud - ISD CHARGED Even when No ISD call was done

Complaint about: airtel mobile bill (349 rs family plan)
Airtel has charged isd calls in my mobile bill. No isd calls were made from my numbers but they had very well presented the charges with fraudulent call details. They have given details of the isd calls in itemized bill, but those all are fake as no such calls were made from my numbers. I have been extra charged for 1 isd call (336 rs). I never do any isd calls from my number....

Broadband payment

I am facing issue while making payment for my Airtel broadband but their app is showing error while I am trying to make the payment. I have called them multiple times and sent numerous emails but not getting any response from them.

On one hand, I am getting reminder from them that If I don’t make the payment, they will disconnect the connection and I will lose the benefits as well and on the other hand they are not providing...

Prepaid SIM SMS not receiving

Dear Team,

I have been raising this concern from past two weeks that I am NOT receiving SMS on my number.
I’m able to send SMS, call/receive.

I had postpaid service earlier and ported it to prepaid some 5-6 weeks ago.
First two weeks after porting, it worked fine, then the issue with incoming SMS started.

I even changed my mobile device, changed my SIM, talked to customer support,...

Services with regard to fibrenet broadband and TV connection

1.As indicated by Airtel while making payment on 18 May 2022 through NEFT to pay Rs. 1000/- when my recharge amount was 589/- which I paid and which was also acknowledged by Airtel and showed a credit balance of Rs. 411/- against my account. Subsequently on 30 May 2022 my fibernet wifi connection was disconnected saying that since I had not paid the recharge amount it has been disconnected. New connection issue issue

We have taken a new broadband connection on 4th july 2022. when we we requested for a new connection at that time service person told us is with in 1day they will give connection based on that we paid the amount after that we got connection appointment msg on 4th date only. at that time they came for connection and they said it is non service area so that need to wait for more days to 1st fix their connection this thing they dont informed...

Very poor network coverage in my area

Hi sir, In my area Airtel network is very poor. One or two signal point only coming. Not only me aroung 30 to 40 house same problem. We raised so many complains, but no response.

We hope you will try to solve our problems...We so much suffered on while online classes, zoom meeting's.

So kindly help to provide additional tower or booster or increase frequency...

Hello

Kindly note my phone number [protected] using Airtel service is being intercepted by unknown people.

1) Calls are being cut off
2) Calls being diverted to faulty voice recordings
3) Calls being diverted to some call center trying to get personal information and representative the intended source person or service by impersonating
4) Unable to make any calls especially urgent calls...

Unable to activate imessage thru airtel sim

I recently bought an iPhone and my FaceTime and iMessage services are not activating with my phone number, yet it’s working fine with my Apple ID.

I tried calling apple support to look into it, but all the settings were fine with the phone, so it’s definitely a technical snag at the carriers end.

They said that an amount should’ve been deducted from my account to activate the service, but no amount has...

Mobile service to India not working

I am in Australia having Airtel Prepaid Mobile Number [protected]. My network is showing Optus AU/Airtel & on roaming. I am able to connect Australian mobile numbers but I am unable to call any number in India.
Kindly restore call facility to India.

Last year only i was bar of network and call and was asked to submit verification so i did it. Even my existing validity was not valid anymore and I need to recharge it again.And just yesterday i was bar for call again an when I ask the customer support they told me I need to submit my verification again.And when I ask Do I need to this every year? They can give me no answer and keep repeating that i need to submit document in the nearest...
