[Resolved] Airtel — Balance deduction of Laila Service - Please Refund the amount | |||
My name is Koushik Samanta. My Airtel mobile no is [protected]. I am tremendous worried and disgusted on airtel. Suddenly I have been notified via sms on 15th Sept, 2014 at 11.57pm that “LAILA has been activated” on my mobile and 35/- rupees has been deducted for 7 days. I never want it. I stopped the service immediately. My question is why Airtel is doing this kind of cheating. I am completely disgusted on Airtel. Please refund the deducted amount as soon as possible. My name is Sunil Sharma and last night 22-june-2015 i got a message from airtel related LAILA service.This is really disgusting thing of Airtel as they have started some LAILA service on my number [protected] without my request for the same with the deduction of Rs. 35 a big sum for me. I never wanted any such service and strongly criticise the telecom operator (AIRTEL) for it and want refund of the same else i will throw airtel out of my forever as well as from my family's life. Why should i pay for any unwanted service without any demand from my side?

airtel is cheating in leila services kind of automated charges. for my data card is charged in two months around 500 rs . i dint get any sms regarding this service . why airtel is activating without user confirmation. please make sure genuine service to all in Internet .
