Airtel — BALANCE DEDUCTION WITHOUT ANY CONSENT.

Sir I am Ali Azhar and using No [protected] since 15 years. Now on[protected] they deducted Rs 40 from my account vide txn ID N[protected] for airtel nexgtv for 10 days which I never asked. Now again today they have renewed it for 30 days without my consent and deducted Rs 125 from my account. I am now being harassed by Airtel. Getting 121 is very difficult and is a full time job to complain them still I managed to reach them but they are not registering my complain nor refunding my money back which was deducted from my amount without my consent and with out the services being asked for and without using it. Kindly redress my complain and get my deducted amount refunded at the earliest. Sincere regards. Ali Azhar
