Airtel — BALLANCE DEDUCTION WITH OUT ANY INFORMATION

Dear Sir/Mam. My self Mr. Ratnakar Parida. Mob.[protected] was face balance deduction problem on 01.01.2015 new year. My account balance 64.37 on that day but your company was deducted Rs.54 with out any information. I have complain in your help line but no body was refund my deducted balance do not respond any thing else me satisfied. So i have change my phone no. to other network and tell to my friend and family also to change their phone no. other network. Thanks
