Airtel — {bangalore} refund not given for broadband connection

Hi,
On monday, 23rd april, 2018, i have paid rs. 4068.00 towards the connection with 3 months plan. The cif number was: 80102663 and the corresponding transaction number was:[protected].

It is been 4 days, my connection is yet done and the corresponding representative is not picking up the phone.

Airtel is neither responding to my query sent to them by mail, nor refunding my amount.

Please help me get refund of my money.
