Airtel Bank — aadhar linked airtel bank account freezed for mobile [protected] | |||
First Airtel Fraudently opened digital bank account on number [protected], then they freezed my account, due to which i am not able to perform any debit transactions from this account. I've filed a complaint (Airtel reference number 1774071 - Aadhar copy submitted at [protected]@airtelmoney.com), but no one is doing anything in this matter. The mobile is already aadhar linked and all papers already submitted. Their physical Airtel stores are of no use, they are not interested in unfreezing my account. On dialing 400, no IVR option takes me to a customer care executive. Please someone guide me to RBI/ombudsman link, to complain about them. Was this information helpful? | |||
