Dear Sir,
I am a retailer from Sorda area of Rourkela zone and I would like to inform you that we have sevre issues relating to data in our area.
Your company is advertising and claiming about open network but it is of no use. I have call on it several times but never got positive response and the issue is also discused with area tsm and zm buy the result is same.

So, I request you kindly to look at the matter and hoping that the problem will be solved.
