Hi,
I have sent a Portablity request to change to another network for the subject mobile numer due to high call charges. I have received a call from [protected] and they said they are calling from airtel. And they have given me a offer like, all local mobile calls will be charged 30 paise per minute and 3 months validity. I said ok and agreed to continue on airtel. But the benfit has not been added to my number. So I have call 198 and raised complaint regarding this, they said we will add the benifit to your accout within two days. And i have received a message from airtel on 22 June 2016 and they said the benifits has been credited to your account. But the call charges is still not reduced for me.
Am being a customer for more than 6 years and worst customer service experince ever i have ever had today while i contacted the 198 service center. They are saying like am cheating while i have all evidence. Was this information helpful? |
