Team,
Its been 10 days since i have been calling airtel, each day they tel me to wait for 24 hours to waive off the extra 300rs which has been charged.
I need to pay my airtel bill.
I did not know people in customer care lie as well.
I found that only on 3rd june they actually took the complaint.
Now i call them every day to send me the revised bill and they ask to wait 24hours always.
Every one in customer care division is speaking no sense.
I need a resolution in a day.
I also see there is no service on my mobile right now.
whats happening to airtel?
I can't receive calls. Why did they cut incoming also???
Even if it credit limit is reached incoming cannot be cut isn't it ? Was this information helpful? |
