Airtel company auto renewed disney hotstar subscription in my postpaid plan of 899/- ₹. And now company denied to wave off it. And saying to me "that this you have to pay cause its a postpaid plan". I have call recording of that executive.
I told them i paid my all two bills today on 9th of september but they still suspended my number by this amount. I had done 1500/- ₹ payment them with late fee.
But still airtel not resuming my service.
They always gave me complaint number and not resolving issue simultaneously.
They still gave me a new ticket ID and said to me wait for untill 11 september. Otherwise pay the bill. The ticket id is[protected].
Please its a request to the honorable government please resolve my issue i am not able to pay anymore. I am a small financial ability person. Not a wealthy person.

Its a request to the airtel company. Please change your policies and terms. Its hurting to customers. If this terms and policies still go through then one day airtel will totally close.definitely ot may be someone will file suite on your company.
Please do not stick that rubbish charges on customer if customer have to buy that such plans from airtel then where is the OTP verification? That is auto renewed plan on my airtel postpaid number. And i have the evidence of your executive call recording. She told me that" this is autorenewed plan and you have to pay for this no matter are you using it or nor"
Please resume my number as quick as possible now don't take any such time to resume. Please
