Request id: 93640640 Date raised: 24 feb 2018. Bill: settled for feb from my side. Status: connection still not disconnected. Fraud: bill for march also generated against me Security deposit: still not refunded to me What customer care says: they are insisting on payment of the bill. And say that my disconnection request was cancelled by me :). I have never given such a consent. I have written email when i have raised a disconnection request — As discussed with you on your mobile number *, your request for cancellation of your airtel fixed line service is already registered with the reference number 93640640. Your request will be actioned within 07 days from the date of registering request i. E, 24-feb-2018. Request you to note that rental will be seized from the date of registering your request i. E, 24-feb-2018. Incoming and outgoing calls would be barred within 7 days of placing the request. Further, the final bill will be generated on 27-feb-2018 and will include the rental on a prorate basis along with usage charges. There is an excess amount of rs. 312.48/- in your account which will be adjusted in your forth coming bills. There is a deposit of rs. 500/- on your account which will be adjusted towards the outstanding amount and the remaining amount, if any will be refunded through cheque within 45 days from the date the services are stopped.
