I am currently residing in Chennai and I took Airtel Broadband for my rented flat in Thoraipakkam. Due to confusion in previous bill payments, the October and November month bill could not be paid due to which Airtel executives disconnected the connection by November 30th without any prior notice. In December, one executive called me and asked me for the bill payment and also asked me if I wish to reconnect the connection. Since I was not happy with the Airtel schemes and the service they provide, I asked them not to reconnect it and told them that after they clear the confusions for the previous bill payments, I will pay the bill amount. But they didn't respond to anything and in January they called me and said that even after disconnection, they generated the bill for both December and January month and asked me to pay asap. I called customer care many times in December and january and they keep talking in their regional language and I am not able to understand anything. This is pure harassment. The Airtel executives voluntarily disconnected my connection in November itself and now asking me to pay bill till January? Please look into the matter.

Today got a call from Airtel they said your request rejected and I have to make another request again.
what the hell you people are doing. Why not returning the money.
Firstly you are not able to provide the Broadband connection.
Now not refunding my money back.
Reassigning another date and date.
Guys please do not pay in advance for Airtel broadband connection better switch to another service provide and pay only when it gets installed.
