[Resolved]  Airtel — Bill Plan change

Respected Sir I am using Airtel Postpaid Coorporate Plan Rs. 125 Monthly since 1 & half year on my two mobile nos [protected] & [protected]. This company sometimes changes my bill plan without any notice. Hence from April 2014 this company changed my bill plan from monthly Rs. 125 per month to 149 per month. This bill plan is very different from my previous bill plan. So it incurred me extra losses due to change in the criteria of calculation of tariff. So I was not able to pay the bill after April 2014. But the company disabled my outgoing facility from date 14.07.2014. I requested the Customer Care to change the bill plan to previous one. They changed it but not from the April 2014, they changed it from June 2014. So it is a request to you to let my bill of the months April & May be recalculated for the months of April & May. And my outgoing services need to be resumed. So that I could pay my bill.

Dear Readers,

I would like to draw your attention that I am using a cell No. [protected] provided by Airtel since 2010 without any issues. However in the recent past there are two issues for which I have been contacting their helpline but no action has been taken till date.

1. Change in Bill Plan

I logged into my Airtel.in account online to change my Bill Plan. I tried to do it but failed and got a message to call customer care. I requested them change in my BILL PLAN on 31st Jan 2014 ut till date they are unable to do so. I have escalated the matter to their Nodal Team & Apallate team but still no luck. It is really surprising that such a big network is unable to update my bill plan for over 3 weeks now.


2. I have sent a separate mail to them that when I log into my account, I see another account [protected] which is a landline ([protected]) and Broadband connection in the name of my previous employer. I have requested them to delete this account from my login, but they replied that no such account exists... I send them a screenshot of the SMS & my login web page but it fell to deaf ears...

It is really sad that Airtel is not concerned for their old clients. The 121 executives are so stubborn and have been trained NOT TO pass the call to their TL's / supervisors... and the best part is that when you ask for a complaint reference no. they will just give you a random number. On your next call to 121, when you give that reference number, they say no complaint exists...

WOW, this is absolute customer harassment and they should waive off all my calling costs because of their mistake.

Hope this complaint is seen by someone and some action taken.
