I was an airtel user. During my recent foreign trip, I activated international roaming pack. After coming back, airtel sent me a bill of Rs.77, 000/- without any information to me. The credit limit given to me was 14, 000. Upon checking it is clearly mentioned that if the credit limit is crossed, the services are stopped automatically. I was getting threatening calls from airtel and also to my known persons as well. I talked with airtel manager named Rahul, and asked for in written regarding the limit and billing. Rahul denied anything to be in written. And threatened me to that i need to pay 20k within an hour. I said give me in written and I'll pay 20k after getting in written. Rahul said now i will get a notice from legal advisor of airtel in written.
I have not got any update calls regarding the credit limit. I have also paid 1600 as payment to bill.
I want to file a compalint against the company.
