[Resolved] Airtel — Billing done even after asked to cancel connect and not used services | |||
My dongle connection no [protected]. I had asked to stop connection 3 months back and send me the final bill for payment. However, they are generating bills for every month for which I have not used dongle for and sending bills as total. I am ready to pay only for what I have used and not for the month for which I have not used. While giving connection people come to your place but while disconnecting they want us to go to outlet which is not possible for me. If they do correct billing for usage and send me the confirmation on that Mount and cancellation of my connection I will pay the bill. It is really irritating when Nortel keeps calling for money but no one is ready to help me with this matter Was this information helpful? | |||
