I had been using airtel broadband connection at my residence in dwarka since july, 2016 and since that time i have paid all my bills regularly.
In february i have made the request to shift my connection to a new place i. E. Janakpuri as we have shifted to new house.
After making the request in february i have to wait till may, 2017 to get the answer from airtel that the connection can't be shifted as the router is fully occupied in janakpuri and for getting the new router lots of approvals is required. Therefore this connection can't be shifted.
Also, since feb, 2017 till may, 2017 the bill keeps on getting piled up in spite of my shifting request and since we have already shifted to new place we have not been using the connection as well.
Then i requested to close my connection and that request is also gets auto-closed 3 times from airtel's end.
Now, my concern is that why should i pay for the delay being done from the airtel's side?
Now, i am getting harassment calls on daily basis from airtel's executives to pay the amount and they talk in very disrespectful manner and threatening me to send legal notice to me.
Also, i need the compensation for all such harassment as well.
My bill is attached herewith.
I am will to pay for the months for which i had used the connection i. E. Around 1.5 months i. E. Around rs.3000/-
Please provide your genuine support in this regard.
