Hi,
I have a corporate account with airtel. They suddenly changed the name of company in my bill without my permission. The new company name mentioned does not belong to me and i dont know how they attached that company name to my address. For last 4 months i have been following up to no resolution from airtel.
Pathetic service and very frustrating. Customer care reps speak like broken tape recorders. They say the same thing again and again without even understanding what we are saying. Similarly emails dont work. We get a copy paste of the same message even if we mail them a 100 times.
I am unable to account my bills as the name of company mentioned in the bill is wrong. I cannot take credit of gst.
This kind of response was totally unexpected from airtel. I will be porting out of airtel if they dont resolve in next few days. Was this information helpful? |
