Airtel — Bills being generated even when the service is stopped

I was using a 3G Airtel dongle for approx 2 years. i lost the dongle. Called up customer care and asked them to block the services from the same number. I was confirmed as well regarding services being stopped. But still per month bills are being generated for the same number and i am asked to pay the same. DONGLE NO [protected] DATE OF BILL PAYMENT 27TH JULY.

Worst part is Airtel is accepting that they had got the call from me to barred the services. But still the number is in active status..
