Airtel — Blackberry internet services not activated | |||
This is the second time I am writing this and 5th time I am going to explain all over together. It has been now 6 days that I have recharged my blackberry with 401 INR but I am still without the Internet services. I have got a message that Airtel will get back to me in 2 days but I have not heard anything. I had to explain this thrice over the phone at Airtel no 7070 where I got to speak with manager name Megha who cold transfer me to another department. Now I have no doubt that you guys don't communicate with each other. What a pathetic customer service has delivered by Airtel . And I am failed to understand that what in this world will take to start the bloody internet service on my blackberry handset. I have sent several messages as well to 121 to get the services activated but again no response. On the top of my blackberry headset I still see a message that 'Activation is required'.
