I am using Airtel mobile since many years, my number is [protected], I am not able to talk with the customer care executive, I have tried 121, 198, [protected] [protected], I am not able to get the option to select to talk to our executive, I know from my friends that sometimes Airtel does this purposefully, they are misusing the facility of blocking irritating customer to block genuine customers also, where can we approach to lodge our complaints?? How can i complaint about this to TRAI?? This is not the first time for me. Previously also after posting on Internet I got my problem solved. Expecting a solution for this,
