Dear Team,
From the day I opted Airtel services I am facing inconvenience. It was an arrangement that post consumption of data I was supposed to 1MBPS speed but I hardly get 100Kbps and every month it continued. I called up there CC but they just have one excuse you have to clear cookies now it’s too much I can’t call CC every month for same issues. But I don’t know whom to escalate for breaking the agreement.
I believe there might be lot more consumers who might be facing the same. Kindly let me know the process for legal actions.
