Respected sir,
This is to inform you, that i am customer of airtel broad band in katni mp .In last month march my broad band didn't work so many days, it was almost 20 or more days didn't work although i tried many times to register complaints on [protected] but executive told me that site of my connection had a technical issue and our engineers already work on it so they could not register any complaints.Although i called many days regularly but they responded same answers. After some days almost 13 days after local airtel engineer worked and restart my broadband but after 4 hour's of broad band working it stopped again and then after again i tried local katni engineer and also [protected], my broadband connection start properly working after 8 or 9 days.
Sir toady i called to [protected] customer care executive for waiver of at least 20 days for march 2016, but unfortunately they denied and said to give waiver for 7days only.So that's why i need to registered this complain. So please do the needful
