I dont understand if Airtel sales guy are well aware of their connection guidelines or procedures..
I stay in a multifloor building where we dont have airtel broadband coverage...but the adjacent apartment is having the coverage..
so when i contacted this sales guy Joy ([protected]), he asked me to get the permission from apartment association manager so that he can give the connection..
i followed up with this manager for three days and finally got the approval...
Then he came and collected the documents and fees of rs 500 by cash...

I waited for two days and no one called me..this guy hadnt picked the call... Then i called customer care to find out the status.. i was shocked to hear that my case is closed because of no network coverage..
When i called this guy..he gave his manager number, who just refused by saying its not in his hands...
finally after 3, 4 days of follow up, This sales guy joy has told that i will get a refund and no connection...
> SALES GUYS DONT HAVE KNOWLEDGE..
> CUSTOMER CARE NEVER INFORMS US ABOUT REQUESTS..
>THEY SIMPLY CLOSE THE CASES WITHOUT DISCUSSING WITH CUSTOMERS..
VERY IRRESPONSIBLE ON AIRTEL PART...JUST WASTED A LOT OF TIME...
UNNESSECARY CALLS AND HEADACHE...
