[Resolved] Airtel — Broadband and landline connection is dead since 4 days | |||
Dear Sir I have a broadband connection with ID [protected] and land line no. [protected] and this connection is dead since 4 days. I have contacted your help line no. And asked to rectify the problem but all the commitment have been failed. Today I asked a senior executive Mr. Akshay also and he was also unable to give any commitment and he also refused to give his direct no. I don’t know to whom I should write this complaint. If you are the right person than please get it rectified and you are not the correct person than forward this mail to correct person. Presently I am surprised to get such pathetic service and response from AIRTEL. Please don’t forget ‘A satisfied customer will create your two customers and a unsatisfied customer will destroy your 10 satisfied customers.
