I do not want assistance. I want my full payment refunded. Your company is running a bloody scam, fooling customers on their faces.
I had applied for a broadband connection on 12th jun 2017. I received quite a few confirmation calls regarding the same. I was told that an executive officer will come and verify my documents at around 1pm on 13th jun. And i received a confirmation call regarding this as well. The so called officer came at the time stated, showed me his identity (Pan card), verified the documents and left.
I was happy about the new connection which was being put. The customer care officer told me that it would be put within 72 hours and i called them twice to be sure about everything.
However, today when i called the customer care office, they had the bloody audacity to tell me that the officer was not from airtel and they had no part in sending him and that they will not do anything about it. Since then, they have just been handing me numbers and emails and there has been no outcome whatsoever. Now, i don't have a connection and my money is blocked too.
Mr. Manager, your official airtel website has leaked my personal details to some unknown person who came in the name of airtel to verify my docs. You have a bloody breachable website security. Moreover, my conversations over the phone with your customer centre have also been leaked to the unknown people and i entirely hold your company responsible. Such callous behaviour on part of your company is shameful.
