I have requested for airtel broadband connection and airtel representative named mr zubair visited my house. Also i spoke to his manager named rajith jain. I have made online payment for rs 3788/-. Cef no rtblr7276125, transaction id:[protected]. I was told that i shall receive the connection in 2 days. I waited for 1 week there was no response from airtel. Later i requested rajith and zubair for cancellation of connection due to delay.
They told they have initiated for refund in 48hrs i shall receive the refund. I waited for one week and then called customer care representative named priya and she told is shall receive payment in 48 hrs. Complaint number
76800698.
Till now i havent received the refund amount. This is a clear case of cheating customer to the core. My money is with airtel for around 25 days now.
Hope you know the rules of trai. I have all the recordings of the phone conversation. I am posting it in all social media. Other customers should not get cheated like this
