Hi,
We are taking airtel broadband connection for our company by calling call centre.
Airtel technician visited our premises and confirmed that broadband connection is available and asked for the payment.
We have given them 2828/- as the advance 3 month payment.
Next day when they came for connection they informed us that connection is not possible as db is not available, i asked for my refund on september 3rd, 2017 we have written them first mail asking for refund on my account.
They informed us that as the connection is taken under the name of company we have to provide the company account details. After that we have provided them cancelled cheque and bank details of my company account.
As we are moved from that location the cheque collection is not possible for us, we are keep requesting them to transfer the money to my account and they keep ignoring it.
Its already 5-6 moth time and they are not returning our money. There different executives are keep promising me that the money is returned on bank account but still its not returning. Was this information helpful? |
