Airtel — broadband connection plan change and incorrect info from customer care | |||||
I have raised a request for plan change on 21st april. Order id: 61511738 under which i wanted to opt for plan of 799/- monthly rental. For the same i also requested technical help on changing the modem to an upgraded one. Today when i called customer care to follow up on request, i got to know nothing has been done on the request. Moreover ravi sahu the customer care person told me that i cannot have any plan below my existing plan. I strongly suggest action against such people at customer care who are passing incorrect information to the users. Was this information helpful? | |||||
