I paid Rs.6007 on[protected] for booking of Airtel Broadband connection.Payment screen shot attached - Transaction ID[protected]
After 5 days i received a call from Airtel saying that we can't provide you a connection in this area due to some technical issue and your money will get refunded in your account.
Its[protected] today, I am yet to get the refund.I think it is a case of fraud where i can't even track status of my booking after paying Rs.6007 in advance.
Biggest shock is that there is no way of logging a complaint through the customer care number or portal/ my Airtel account as there is no record of my payment.
I have been using Airtel services from last 3.5 years and this is how they treat their customers.
Please look into it at the earliest as this is a serious process gap from Airtel and how they fool their customers.
