Hi, i am using Airtel Broadband at my office. In the month of March, 2017 there was an excessive data usage at my office in last 5 days. When i tried to check the historical data there was no records available . After calling Airtel helpline..they could also not provide historical data as they were facing system issues.

I have sent a lot of mails to Airtel but this is the reply i get -
"Basis your email, please be informed that your issue regarding the data usage has been attended and resolved.
Further, we have validated the account and found there is no fault from our end. Also regarding Data usage, I would like to inform you that as per our investigation we have found that the usage and changes reflecting on your account are valid and correct."
I am sure if their is such a surge in usage there must be some issue at my end... but all i require is the details of the usage. I believe as a consumer it is my right to know and get the details, however i am not getting any answer from the team. Looking for a solution Thanks Was this information helpful? |
