[Resolved] Airtel — New wifi connection | |||
I had called for a new wifi connection and paid 1100rs and have submitted my documents on 23rd April and they had told me by max 26th a person should come home and install. But I have only been calling you guys I haven't had any positive response. I call you guys everyday first thing in the morning, waste my time and money and speak to you for 2 hrs atleast, and everyday I only realise how incapable you guys are! There is no point calling yourselves customer care you should change it to customer tension! Everyday after speaking to you 10 different executives and explain my problem to each and evryone I get a guarantee that they will be home in few hrs. Not only does a person not come home but I also don't get a call or anything to say that they are not! I mean that is the least you guys can do right? I have taken off from work and losing salary for no use! Pls respond immediately ..I'm attaching screenshots of my calls to Airtel with the call duration. My call log shows only until a certain date I wish I can get all my call history with you guys to show you the time I have waste and the mental torture you guys have brought on to me.
