I have take broadband connection in pune from airtel and broadband id is [protected]_mh. There is some problem in the modem provided by airtel for almost a month. I am calling customer care since 26 dec 2016 to get my voice heard, but till date issue exists.
My modem provided by airtel is not working properly. These are ticket numbers which i have raised with customer care -

[protected] raised on 31 dec 2016
[protected] raised on 3 jan 2017
Every time i speak with customer care they assure me that my request will get resolve in next 2-4 hours, which never happened. Since 26 dec 2016, i have received some 2 or 3 calls from airtel backend team assuring that technician will visit my place the next day, but that next day never came.
Moreover, none of the tickets written above were closed with my consent. They closed because airtel team wanted to meet their sla, these is what i was told when i spoke to airtel senior representative (It was on 5th jan morning when i spoke to senior representative).
