Hi,
I am using airtel broadband for past two months... Its been a worst experience since i started using this this connection. Mine is 1099 plan with 75 gb at the speed of 16 mbps... Only during the knight time i get the speed, otherwise its 2, 3 or 4 mbps speed... I already submitted a compliant, they called and said will fix the issue.
Please dont cheat public wioth false promise and make them suffer. If this time this is not resolved, i will surely take it to consumer court and face this legally. At least through my effort others will be benefited.

I have not received a phone call also and there is no action taken on my compliant...is there anyone really looking into it...?
Its absolutely disappointing with Airtel, why should we pay so much and not get the basic speed, specially when its is broadband...if you can not resolve, please cancel my connection.
Note: i get the speed only after 8 pm...but i took broad band for speed so that i can work from home...
