[Resolved] Airtel — Broadband not removed and still billing not cleared | |||||
My Acc no:- [protected] Landline: [protected] I choose airtel connection in year 2016. In August 2016 I have connected to airtel from 1st of august 2016. Since day 2 of connection I was facing connection loss and speed issue for which I logged complaint. Date :[protected] Re no.[protected] Since than connection was not working properly and I logged complaint many times. Finally I made disconnection request to customer care Date:[protected] Re no.[protected] But customer care executive did not perform the action and my connection was still on. Also the executive assured me that you billing will be stopped which was not. I again logged connection disconnection request [protected] Re no.[protected] Still my connection was not disconnected. After 1-2 month I again logged complain than the connection was disconnected, but till than my meter of billing cycle was on as customer care executive did not stop the billing on the complain made in 27th or 30th of August. 2-3 months back I received a call from customer care executive stating that you have pending bill of 1500. I mentioned that I have already made disconnection request and provided her reference ID. Since than I do not receieve any word from your executives in any form I paid 1000rs to connection agent and he said that it will be adjusted in your bill. Main problem is that I am now shifting my address and Airtel connection line and Modem is still kept at my old address. I would request you that please as them to pickup that modem and disconnect the line till 15 of june before my shifting else I will not be responsible for any theft or lost of airtel property.
