I live in New Alipore area of Kolkata, I have lodged a complaint with customer care for my broadband not working.
My first service request was closed without even making a call from Airtel, and again on calling the request was reopened, but as expected engineer was to visit my premises which never happened, and no body called up also.
Whenever I call customer care, they have no clue and ask for more time.
My LOS light is red which is a optic fibre issue but no body even asks what is the problem, they just provide a service request number. Nothing happens after that. Really pathetic. Was this information helpful? |
