[Resolved] Airtel — Broadband service disconnection | |||
This is in response to the letter received from airtel regarding non-payment of broadband bill. The broadband connection was disconnected in Feb itself this year. The fixed line no is [protected]. I sent the following mail on 30th Jan, 2016 to airtel customer care to disconnect the service asap. After this, I received call from the customer care regarding this. I confirmed them to discontinue the service which they said would be done immediately . The last bill I paid was dated 5th Mar of Rs 1595.The transaction ID is[protected]. I have been receiving continuous mails for non-payment for airtel number [protected]_dsl, account [protected] . Now I receive a letter to pay Rs 4718. Please look into the matter otherwise I will have to take this to consumer court. i m highly disappointed by airtel services. jyoti Was this information helpful? | |||
