The first email i got from your airtel team on august 22.

"dear amirneni samanth,
Greetings from airtel!
This is in reference to your email informing us about wife range issue on your airtel account number [protected].
I apologize for the inconvenience. Let me assure you that necessary steps are being taken to prevent it from happening in the future.
As discussed with you on your mobile number [protected], i have registered your complaint and the reference number is 86686222. Let me assure you that the issue would be resolved within 24 hours.
Inconvenience is deeply regretted. We appreciate your cooperation in this regard.

The below email in on august 23 stating airtel will resolve the issue in 24 hours.

The below email is on august 24 saying the same thing the issue will be resolved in 24 hours.

Basis our discussion on [protected], i would like to inform you that your complaint with reference number is 86686222 attended and resolved.

Hence, i would like to inform you that regarding speed issue we had create order for 40mbps speed plan "airtel-ul-zoom 1299 140gb (40mbps/1 mbps) combo plan" order booked with order number:[protected] and order id:53814023 with modem change to vector technology and same will be completed within 20 days. And also i would like to inform you that if any charges will deducted for modem change we will waived off the amount for your account.

The above email says i will be replaced with new modem and the technology will be replaced.

Below email says that my issue is again escalated.

As disucussed over the phone number [protected], i have verified your account details and would like to inform that your concern has been scalated to the relevant team to recheck and resolve it on priority.

Now the replacement of router and modem and new technology is gone they say again the issue will be resolved in 24 hours.

On sep 6 i got an other email stating that my modem is placed with order and it is delayed.

Basis our discussion [protected], please note that your bill plan is already updated with airtel-ul-zoom 1299 140gb (40mbps/512kbps) combo plan.

After this i got an email

Let me assure you that the issue would be resolved within 11:00am on[protected].

Finally after one month of struggle i was asked to purchase a new router by myself.

As discussed with you on mobile number [protected], we regret to inform you that we are unable to replace your airtel modem.
I have checked in our records and found that the warranty given for the modem has completed. Therefore, request you to purchase a new modem from local vendor.
Once the new modem is available for configuration, we will be happy to arrange an executive visit for modem installation.

To pis me off you guys sent the same email again and distrubing me every day with the same reason.

Please escalate this and fix the issue as from last one month the issue is not fixed and no work done on the issue and now i have to pay bill for this month?
