Please update on the refund request on caf number – [protected] as its been 25 days. The payment of rs.2122 was made on 6th may 2020 against transaction id[protected]. My documentation was not completed as my passport validity got expired. Hence, i am not taking the broadband connection from airtel anymore.
I called the customer care from 2 months and also visited the airtel office kankurganchi branch on friday, 5th june 2020 and many times further and they refrained from raising service request ticket for me and said this will be done via mail only as they cannot find caf no.in your airtel system.
