[Resolved] Airtel — CANCEL/DEACTIVATE MY AIRTEL POSTPAID CONNECTION | |||
Hi Sir, I have used the airtel post paid connection last one year, Due to urgent situation I have moved to USA(out of country). My father requested to cancel my connection in airtel relationship center(Dindigul Branch in Tamil Nadu) on couple of months and also we are ready to pay our bill amount immediately.But branch manager is not accepting because my card region is Chennai. Could you please advise to all branch manager to accept close the connections request. It has been very frustrating for me to go over this.I will not be able to use the sim card nor talk to the customer care, I kindly request you to cancel my airtel post paid connection immediately. Please help me out in this regards. It has been very frustrating for me to go over this because very month bill is generating.
