Since Dec 2017 - present Guys, don’t you think this is too much of harassment?? I can’t recharge so I cant talk to your customer care! Don’t you have courtesy enough to call me at least once spending Re. 1 ??? I’m ready to pay you back !! The worst service I’ve ever received is from Airtel! You ask me every detail and then ask another detail, when it is done, you ask the same details again and the loop goes on! I’m ready to give you every detail and the co-operation needed but still you don’t resolve? Tell me what next? Mobile Operator of the number being recharged:-Airtel prepaid. Earlier was postpaid, now prepaid. 10. Is the number being recharged ported from a different Circle or Different Provide, if yes share the previous Provider & Circle details. Ported from Tamil Nadu India Airtel to Karnataka India Airtel long back. 11. If the number being recharged is an Airtel Number was the number downgraded from Postpaid to Prepaid:- Yes/No - YES. BUT I'VE DONE SUCCESSFUL TRANSACTIONS AFTER THAT. NOW CAN'T DO ANY TRANSACTION EXCEPT ADVANCE TALKTIME.
