Airtel — cashback not received through airtel payment bank

Hello,
I have recharged my airtel mobile no. Using airtel payment bank, and as the offers available i am availing 50% cashback (Max. Rs.75) of the recharged amount.

I have done a recharge of rs.200 on 23 september 2017 but until now i did not receive any cashback.

So, i email airtel regarding this on 25 september 2017 but they have provided me with a cashback of rs.2 (I. E. 2%) and neither responded to my latest email dated 27 september 2017 which says "i am availing 50% cashback (I. E. Rs 75) not 2% (I. E. Rs.2)".

Please provide my benefit.

Hello sir I am Airtel user before last two month I recharged Rs 249 with Rs 40 case back but I didn't receive my cese back till now.
I this case I don't have to be continue your service.
Please solve my case back problems.
